Ilia Torres is a results-driven marketing manager with over 20 years of experience in Sales, Operations, and Marketing within the healthcare industry. She is known for her expertise in developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand visibility.

She is currently the Sr. Marketing Manager Customer Experience for ZEJULA in the Oncology business at GSK.

Throughout her career, she has successfully led numerous projects that have positively impacted the business and patients. She truly believes that to engage patients and move them across the journey, we have to meet them where they are, at the right time, and with the right content. For that reason, she has worked across boundaries to remove barriers and bring innovation and new emerging channels within GSK as part of the digital channel mix. An example is the Social vertical videos (IG Reels). As a result of including these new emerging platforms as part of the social media strategy, she delivered a positive ROI to the business, a better Cx, and opened the path for other brands to use these channels within GSK.

Ilia is also a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has worked to bring awareness about Health Equity, DEI, and the importance of a Multicultural strategy within the brands.
