John has been the President and CEO of PatientsLikeMe since September 2024. Prior to this role, he held executive positions at the patient community company, Inspire, and the cancer data platform, Cota. Before moving into the health start-up world, John spend almost 30 years on Wall Street for companies including Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, CreditSuisse, Lazard, Guggenheim, and SoundView Technology Group. He is a graduate of Yale University and lives in outside of New York City where he and his wife raised their two daughters.
