Cozy Morton (she/they), former Associate Director of Cross-Cultural Engagement at Takeda, is proud to be helping her teams apply a health equity lens to commercial engagements. After a career in management consulting helping U.S. pharmaceutical companies build sales and marketing capabilities, they transitioned to working directly with brand, digital marketing and analytics & insights teams at Takeda. She has worked within many therapeutic areas, including Oncology, Gastroenterology, Immunology and Neuroscience. Cozy holds an MBA from IE University and is continuing her Masters of Public Health at Boston University. She is an author and two-time TEDx speaker, and based in Minneapolis, MN.
