In her current role, Lisa oversees the Consumer Marketing multi-channel marketing teams across the broad portfolio of specialty brands at BMS. She leads the team on creating holistic brand experiences that leverage patient/consumer insights to improve patient outcomes and to drive business value in the digital channel to create market advantage. In her role at Janssen, she led the overall digital strategy across the organization. Her particular areas of focus were customer engagement, guiding the business in creating excellent customer experiences, digital compliance/governance, and Health IT, a dynamic area of emerging technologies. Prior to joining Janssen, she served on the leadership team at imc2 health & wellness, a leading digital marketing agency dedicated to the healthcare industry, and as a strategic adviser to our pharma/healthcare clients, developing their approaches to interactive marketing, At razorfish, she led the pharmaceutical practice, where she was responsible for building best practices and elevating the overall service offerings to our healthcare clients. Under Lisa’s leadership, the agency won DTC Interactive Agency of the Year 3 years in a row. Lisa has proven successes in leading digital innovation, directing cross-functional teams, developing capabilities, building and activating brands, managing budgets and P&L’s, uncovering customer insights, and driving the creative process. In her 25 years in the healthcare space, she has acquired broad category expertise and has been instrumental in a wide variety of product launches. As a seasoned marketing professional, she has developed proven, data-driven communications programs to all major stakeholders, across the print, broadcast, and interactive mediums. Lisa has an MBA in pharmaceutical marketing from St. Joseph’s University, a program in which she has served as an adjunct professor. Lisa actively participate in the healthcare business community, having served on the BOD of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, and as a Digital Scholar for the Digital Healthcare Coalition. Lisa lives in Pennsylvania with her family, and has a perfectly normal number of pictures of her pets on her phone.
