Lisa is a cross-channel storyteller with over 20 years’ experience in speaking to diverse audiences, including Black, Latino and LGBTQ+ communities. For her award-winning work and commitment to these audiences, she was recently named an ICON by the Ad Club of New York for Black History Month. Her experience across a broad spectrum of diseases includes: Breast Cancer, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, Multiple Myeloma, Multiple Sclerosis and Osteoporosis, to name a few.
Her work on behalf of marriage equality for GLAAD is certainly one of the highlights of her career where her tagline “Love is Love is Love” was introduced by Susan Sarandon. She also led the creative development for the launch of ZOCOR to Black and Latino patients which was considered one of the most successful in Merck history, and for REPATHA, she worked closely with native Spanish-speaking bi-lingual copywriters to help ensure the authenticity of the CRM and website materials.
For the past 2 years, Lisa has been lauded for her work on KYPROLIS, garnering a total of 9 multicultural and general market awards for her branded and unbranded websites, designed to specifically address the needs of Black patients.
