Michael Mazza is Senior Director, Consumer Marketing at Horizon Therapeutics responsible for Patient Marketing across multiple brands.   His team creates integrated campaigns that provide education and support for patients leveraging a range of online, offline and one-to-one communication to ensure patients have access to the support they need throughout their treatment journey.   His team’s work has been recognized with several industry awards in addition to having a significant measurable impact on the business.

While Michael has been in the pharmaceutical industry for a little over 4 years, he has been a consumer marketer for over 15 years with his early career work focused within the consumer packaged goods space, across a range of categories at industry leading organizations like Unilever, Newell Brands and Reynolds Consumer Products.

Michael’s work within the pharmaceutical industry at Horizon Therapeutics has been the most rewarding experience of his career allowing him to apply his passion for marketing innovation, particularly within websites and digital media, to meaningfully impact patients’ lives.

Michael graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Marketing and Finance.  He completed his Master of Business Administration degree at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Michael resides in Highland Park, IL with his wife Andrea and their two children, Addison and Cooper.
