New Patient Paths to Health Information


Since the start of the pandemic, significant events have affected care delivery – lockdowns, telehealth, persistent clinician burnout, the great resignation, to name a few. With these challenges patient interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) have needed to adapt to new circumstances, as have HCPs with other industry stakeholders. As COVID-19 continues to wreak havoc throughout the country – and the world – how are US patients evolving as consumers of pharma and healthcare information? With findings from research on US chronic patients, this presentation explores how the pandemic has impacted channels of engagement for manufacturers with patients.
